Business Development Partner // Target Start: July 19, 2021

LEAD MASSIVE GROWTH

We’re ready for the next phase of growth at Stacks with the goal of doubling current membership.

You’ll be the driver of that growth. You’ll define the membership curation strategy and translate fun and big ideas into real member acquisition. You’ll welcome members and develop an unprecedented community enabling the success of a new wave of startups, digital nomads, and beyond.

The Role

Business Development

  • Develop and implement a customer acquisition strategy with unique tactics

  • Contact and follow up with prospective members for tours and free day passes

  • Effectively source and sign on new members through multiple channels and methods

  • Create and coordinate marketing to attract new members and event space customers

  • Identify and implement new revenue streams on the Stacks platform, e.g. content subscriptions, workshops, mail receiving, etc.

Member Engagement

  • Establish programs to build value-add relationships with current and prospective members

  • Constantly seek ways to improve members’ experience and enable their business by collecting and acting on feedback

Operations (when on site)

  • Effectively handle prospect/member needs

  • Improve and refine operational processes to improve efficiency and customer experience

Who we’re looking for:

  • You have proven sales experience, with a passion for bringing people together

  • You are growth-minded, with ambition to contribute to and share in the success of a business.

  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and take ownership of your objectives. You love working from a blank canvas.

  • You are a self-starter who excels in both independent and team settings, sets goals and does what it takes to achieve them.

  • Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch and concise.

Compensation

  • To be determined depending on experience and potential

  • Rolling commission and/or revenue share for revenue growth and retention

Time

  • 10 to 20 hours per week

  • Occasionally on-site or off-site at events within standard weekday business hours

Workspace Associate // Target Start: July 15, 2021

Business Development

  • Along with Stacks management, play a key role in implementing a member acquisition strategy through fun and engaging tactics

  • Connect and follow up with prospective members

  • Support coordination of pop-up coworking events to engage new members

  • Create social media posts and email marketing to attract new members


Customer Experience

  • Support members’ needs and requests (sign-ups, invoicing, booking questions, parking, door codes, etc.)

  • Keep Stacks looking spiffy with day-to-day setup and breakdown tasks


Who we’re looking for:

  • You are keen to be in a startup environment, with proximity and opportunity to learn from people working on big ideas.

  • You go the extra mile for customers, constantly finding ways to delight.

  • Your verbal and written communication skills are top notch and concise.

  • You’re a gracious host who cares about the comfort of others.

  • You are tech savvy and can apply new technologies and platforms.

Compensation

  • $12.50 per hour

  • Crushing it 3 months in? You’ll be promoted to Manager @ $15/hour

Time

  • 2 to 3 days per week

  • Primarily on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

  • On-site within standard business hours
